What if I need help?

Registration activity for most students is done online ands is accessed through the MySlice portal.

Use the chart below for a quick overview of registration procedures.

Registration – Add, Drop, Swap

Add a Class

Log in to MySlice.

Use:

  • NetID
  • Password

In Student Services Enrollment, select link:

  • Enroll in a class

Add Classes page:

  • Select term

Get Class Number:

  • Class Search
  • My Planner

Add Components if needed:

  • Lecture
  • Lab
  • Discussion

Confirm Selection:

  • Check Class Nbr
  • Check Day/Time
  • Check Location

Click Finish Enrolling Button

Drop a Class

Log in to MySlice.

Use:

  • NetID
  • Password

In Student Services Enrollment, select link:

  • Enroll in a class

Add Classes page:

  • Select term

Click Drop tab

Select class(es)

to drop from your class schedule

No need to select components, all related parts drop automatically

Confirm Selection:

  • Check Class Nbr
  • Check Day/Time
  • Check Location

Click Finish Dropping Button

Swap a Class

Log in to MySlice.

Use:

  • NetID
  • Password

In Student Services Enrollment, select link:

  • Enroll in a class

Add Classes page:

  • Select term

Click Swap tab.

Use drop down to select swap out class(es).

Select switch into class(es):

  • Class Search
  • My Planner

Confirm Selection:

  • Check Class Nbr
  • Check Day/Time
  • Check Location

Click Finish Swapping Button
