Graduate Advising

Graduate Students

Students should plan their schedules in consultation with an academic advisor as necessary or as recommended by the student’s department. All holds must be removed before registration.

University College

Part-time students in the Higher Education Opportunity Program (HEOP) or those who hold one-term trial, UC special student, or probation status will be placed on advising hold. Students will receive a letter from the UC Student Administrative Services office two weeks before registration begins. Such students must meet with an academic advisor before registering. The letter will include directions for scheduling an advising appointment, or students can call UC at 315.443.3261. Registration cannot occur until the hold is removed.
